Happy 47th Anniversary to my wonderful parents! In a failing world with such loose morals, I'm so thankful, to have the example of my parents making their marriage work! It gives me comfort and confidence that Derek and I can make our life a happy and eternal one together if we always chose to work hard and fall in love with each other over and over! Some of my favorite memories of my parents together:
*Dad calling mom Neen
*Watching them hold hands walking into my softball games (for some reason this image is clear in my mind)
*Dad being a gentleman to his sweetheart.
*Mom saying "oh Clyde"
*Them gardening together
* Walking into their room and seeing them kneeling together in prayer
*Them coming to support me in my various extra caricular activities and always thinking they dressed so funny
*Always knowing no matter what that they loved each other...inperfections and all!
I love you Mom and Dad! Happy Anniversary!

How sweet! I love that quote! What a cool reminder of how blessed we are to be with someone we love. Marriage is something pretty special. It's so awsome your parents have been together 47 years! They are so good together. love ya!
Katie! I was looking at your family pictures again! Andi did an amazing job! Where did you take them? Would she do some for us??? Could we use your camera? We would pay both of you to help us! We are just not good at taking those kinds of pictures but seriously need to before our kids get too much bigger! Please let us know. we need your help! haha. love ya!
